"I had been sick, went to a local walk-in drug store clinic. Received a diagnosis & rx. After a week of meds, I felt worse, not better. To be fair, my symptoms morphed from head to chest. So I decided to seek HealthExpress Urgent Care, to get different eyes & ears on my issues. I was pleasantly surprised how very thorough PA Jill was. She reviewed my situation & pivoted in another direction. It took a bit, with a treatment & x-ray, but I believe it will be worth it. Everyone there was warm, welcoming and helpful. "Brought my son into the avon lake urgent care recently, they were super busy but surprisingly we were in and out. Allie and Sam were both helping/ talking with my son to make him more comfortable with the testing that was done. Usually my son freaks out in situations like this so this definitely made it an easy decision on where we will return to for any medical needs. The front desk was also very pleasant and the doctor prescribed us what we needed to get him feeling better! It takes special people to work in a setting like this. We will be back!

“I brought my mother in to be seen recently, and the staff was amazing. Our nurse, Allie, took great care of her. She was so nice and personable with the both of us. My mother even made the comment as Allie left the room that she was friendly and made her feel comfortable. The provider was also nice and helpful. I've only been to this location a couple of times, and every time we have nothing bad to say about the staff.
