Medical Receptionist:
Hiring for All Offices!

Medical Receptionists directly interact with patients collecting and providing information concerning the patients’ medical care. Receptionists also work closely with other staff to ensure effective communication. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality, but also be an energetic team player. A customer-oriented approach is essential! Our goal is to make guests and patients feel comfortable and valued.

Job duties

  • Greeting patients with prompt, professional and courteous service
  • Answer phone lines/take messages. It’s important to be alert, energetic/inviting, and professional on all calls.
  • Patient check-in/check-out, providing compassionate, professional, and attentive customer service with every patient that comes in.
  • Data entry into EMR system (Athena)
  • Insurance verification
  • Collection of copays and outstanding balances
  • Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations and policies
  • Scanning and uploading patient documents in a timely manner
  • Computer knowledge
  • Front desk inventory
  • Cleaning lobby and front desk regularly. Helping with basic cleaning in the office with the rest of the office team.
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintains a clean, orderly waiting area.
  • Must be willing to travel to our Parma (W Pleasant Valley Rd) and Cleveland (Pearl Rd) locations
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus!

Minimum requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent certificate
  • Prior experience with medical terminology is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to more than one office and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to learn related center tasks and be of assistance to clinical staff, management, and physicians.
  • Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards
  • Medical reception experience-1 year minimum.

Radiologic Technologist or GXMO:
Hiring Immediately For All Locations

**Candidate MUST be CERTIFIED as an RT or GXMO**

Responsibilities of the Radiologic Technician or GXMO:

  • Greets and assigns patients with enthusiasm to appropriate rooms.
  • Prepares patients for examination by provider by obtaining a medical history and intake of vital signs.
  • Prepares exam rooms, including maintenance, sterilization of equipment, and stocking of supplies.
  • Assists provider with medical procedures, such as strep tests, flu swabs, injections, UA dips, other applicable office procedures.
  • Instructs patients on necessary paperwork and procedures.
  • Administration of medications and appliances within the scope of practice and as ordered by the treating provider.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of all medical supplies and track inventory for pharmaceuticals in the center.
  • Documents patient care in EMR including correspondence and required reports, maintains logs and records as assigned.
  • Operate X-Ray equipment to take radiographic films of designated portions of the body as directed by the physician.
  • Collects and prepares specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Exercise good judgment in inventory control standards.
  • Welcome patients and visitors into our Care Centers with compassion and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Travel to care centers within the designated regions if needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
