Primary Care Mayfield Heights
Graduated from Ohio State in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences while working as a physical therapy aide during the summers to gain clinical experience. I then graduated in August 2025 from the University of Mount Union with my Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, where I gained experience in multiple clinical settings through clinical rotations, including family and internal medicine.
This is my first position after graduating, and I have now been with HEUC for 6 months.
One piece of health advice you wish every patient knew?
The power of walking. People think increasing your exercise means you need to go to the gym 5 times a week when just a 30 min brisk walk a day 5 times a week can have lasting benefits like reducing risk of heart disease and stroke, improving your sugar control and bone health, and boosting your mood and immune system!
What is something patients may be surprised to learn about you?
My favorite food is a pierogi! Although I’m not Polish, I have to thank them for making such a wonderful and versatile dumpling. Potato, cheese, brisket, apples, blueberries, anything can go into a pierogi and it’ll be good!
Favorite hobby, activity, or way to spend your free time?
Hiking around NE Ohio including the Cleveland Metroparks and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We are blessed to have a wonderful blend of city, suburb, and rural feel all within a 30-45 minute drive of downtown Cleveland that makes our area special!
