Health Express offers a wide variety of physical examinations for patients of all ages and we’re open every day of the week for your convenience. You can walk-in at your convenience or register and check in online for a book-ahead. 

School/Sport Physical: Your child’s physical is a breeze with Health Express. Our fast and affordable $35 school, sports, and camp physicals help to keep your child safe by making sure that they can meet the physical demands of sports, school, and camp activities. 

DOT Physical: (Department of Transportation) exam is a federally regulated medical examination to determine if a person meets the federal standard to drive a commercial motor vehicle. The exam includes: Vision tests, audiogram, dipstick urinalysis, physical examination, and medical history review. We have DOT certified providers ready to keep drivers safe by making sure they can safely perform the physical demands of the job.

Pre-Employment Physical and Fit For Duty Exams: We offer general pre-employment physicals which consists of an assessment of the candidate’s cardiovascular (heart), respiratory (chest) and auditory (ear) systems. We will also check the patient’s blood pressure (BP) and body mass index (BMI). We also offer customized physical testing based on your company needs by creating your own physical or fit for duty form to have our provider complete during each visit – we can help create a form for you if you don’t already have one. We also provide fit for duty exams for police officers and firefighters. We will conduct a physical examination tailored to fit the requirements of any job. For custom created physicals or fit for duty exams for your employees, please contact our occupational medicine dept at 440-269-9934.

T8 Exam: The Department of Transportation requires school drivers to pass a physical prior to September 1 of the new school year, and the information must be entered into the system and officially submitted. Health Express offers same day, fast and affordable T8 exams so you can get back to work for the school year. 

Return to Work:  Health express provides Return to Work evaluations which are performed to ensure that an employee is able to safely return to work and to perform his or her job duties following an injury or illness. We will evaluate the employee within the context of the specific job duties and if they’re not ready, we will help determine when it would be right to return to work. This reduces your risk of getting injured again or after an illness.
