At Health Express Urgent Care, we most likely accept your insurance! Check the list below to see if your insurance company is listed – PLEASE NOTE THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE ANY TIME. Plans we accept may change (and there are a LOT of plans), so please call or stop in our centers here to find out if we accept your insurance. Please call your insurance company directly to find out what your plan covers for specific visits and tests at urgent care facilities, including asking them what your co-pay for urgent care will be (this might also be listed on the back of your insurance card).

*Certain plans will not have any out of state/area benefit coverage, so please check with your insurance company to find out if your plan covers visits in Ohio if you are from out of state. It is the patient’s responsibility to know and understand their benefits. A patient’s health insurance must be active at the time of the visit in order to be applied to your urgent care visit. If a claim is denied due to lapse in coverage, the patient will be responsible for the total amount of the visit.

Payment of applicable co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles is expected at the time of your visit. The staff makes every effort to determine, to the best of their ability, what those costs will be and will inform you prior to seeing the doctor.
