Dr. Abdallah “Abe” Ali, MD is a family medicine physician and founder of Health Express Urgent Care, a Northeast Ohio healthcare provider offering urgent care, primary care, occupational health, behavioral health, and virtual care services.

As a founder of Health Express, Dr. Ali has helped shape the organization’s mission of making healthcare more accessible, convenient, and patient-centered for families, workers, and communities across Northeast Ohio. Health Express Urgent Care and Occupational Health Centers was founded in 2014 in Parma, Ohio by M. Hamed, MD and A. Ali, MD after identifying a need for more affordable, reliable, and accessible healthcare in the region.

Dr. Ali helps support clinical leadership, patient education, and care standards across Health Express locations. His work reflects Health Express’ commitment to providing clear, compassionate, and practical care for common illnesses, minor injuries, workplace health needs, physicals, testing, primary care needs, behavioral health, and virtual visits.
